How Consignment Works!

How to Consign: 

We're now accepting consignment on a rolling basis! Feel free to drop by any time from Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-5pm.

Limit: one tote per drop off, approximately 50 items or less. If you bring in more than one tote, we'll ask you to please consolidate to meet guidelines. 

New’d only accepts items that meet the following acceptance standards:

  • Bring items in folded in a basket, tote bag or bin.
  • Excellent, new or like-new condition.
  • Freshly laundered and free of fragrance. 
  • Free from stains, pilling, holes, lint and odor.
  • In season and on trend. 
  • Shoes must be wiped down, cleaned on top and bottom. 
  • All earrings must have backs, watches must have batteries, and jewelry should be clasped. 
  • Now accepting transitional spring items- boots, jeans, hats, loafers, spring sweaters, jackets and dresses. 
  • We are accepting women's casual, formal, bridal and bridal party items. now accepting PROM! 

 

  • Bridal and formals must be from 2020 or newer. Vintage on a case by case basis (Y2K styles are great).
  • Formals must be cleaned and wrinkle free.
  • Brought in on hangers. 
  • If items aren't cleaned, we have a station in the store you can use during drop off. 
  • If items have been preserved, they MUST be removed from the box before you bring them in.

Please, no Walmart, Cato's, Old Navy, or generic brands. No trash bags. 

**Luxury brands: if you do not have proof of purchase, you may pay $30 per item for authentication. 

I've consigned! Now what?

  • New'd will conduct an initial presort and pick items that fit the shop's clientele. 
  • All items get processed, priced and put on our website. 
  • You'll recieve an email inviting you to Consignor Access- that's where you'll log in to see what has sold, what's still here, and what is about to expire! 
  • Consignor Access is also how you get paid! Set up Simple Pay for quick and easy direct deposits. Come by when you want a payout with an ID. 
  • Want a little cash? Stop by to snag up to $20 any time or use it as store credit!
