How Consignment Works!
How to Consign at New'd
We make consigning your closet simple! New'd accepts consignment on a rolling basis Tuesday–Saturday from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. No appointment is needed.
We accept items seasonally so they have plenty of time to find a new home during our 90-day consignment period. Check our seasonal guide below before cleaning out your closet!
Drop-Off Guidelines
To help our team process items efficiently:
- Please limit each drop-off to one tote, basket, or bin (approximately 50 items or fewer).
- Items should be neatly folded inside your container.
- Please do not bring items in trash bags.
- If you arrive with more than one tote, we'll kindly ask you to consolidate your items before drop-off.
What We're Looking For
We curate every drop-off with our customers, current inventory, season, and trends in mind. We're looking for:
- Clothing in excellent, new, or like-new condition
- Freshly laundered, fragrance-free items
- Current, in-season, and on-trend styles
- Pieces free of stains, holes, pilling, lint, pet hair, and odors
- Clean shoes, including the tops and soles
- Earrings with backs attached
- Watches with working batteries
- Jewelry securely clasped together
Not every item that meets these guidelines will necessarily be selected. Our team also considers current inventory levels, customer demand, brand, style, age, and sell-through when making selections.
