How to Consign

Upcoming Consignment Pause

Please note: We will not be accepting consignment drop-offs June 20–27. 

Now Accepting Consignment on a Rolling Basis

Drop off your items anytime Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.

We are currently accepting Summer styles.

Drop-Off Guidelines

To help us process items efficiently, please limit drop-offs to:

One tote, basket, or bin per visit (approximately 50 items or fewer).

If you bring more than one tote, we'll kindly ask that items be consolidated to meet our drop-off guidelines.


What We're Looking For

New'd accepts items that meet the following standards:

  • Items brought in folded neatly in a tote, basket, or bin.
  • Clothing in excellent, new, or like-new condition.
  • Freshly laundered and free of fragrance.
  • Free of stains, holes, pilling, lint, pet hair, and odors.
  • Current, in-season, and on-trend styles.
  • Shoes cleaned on both the top and bottom.
  • Earrings with backs attached, watches with working batteries, and jewelry clasped together.

Currently Accepting

  • Summer Items 
  • Women's casual, formal, bridal, and bridal party attire.

Formal & Bridal Guidelines

  • Bridal and formalwear must be from 2020 or newer. Vintage pieces are considered on a case-by-case basis (we love great Y2K styles!).
  • Items must be professionally cleaned and wrinkle-free.
  • Please bring bridal and formalwear on hangers.
  • Need a quick touch-up? We have a steamer station available in-store during drop-off.
  • If your gown has been preserved, it must be removed from the preservation box before being brought in.

Please Note

We do not accept items from Walmart, Cato, Old Navy, or other generic/value brands.

Please do not bring items in trash bags.

Luxury Items

Luxury items without proof of purchase may be authenticated for $30 per item.


I've Consigned—Now What?

Step 1: Item Selection

Our team will complete an initial review and select items that best fit our customers and store inventory.

Step 2: Processing

Accepted items are photographed, priced, and added to our website and sales floor.

Step 3: Access Your Account

You'll receive an email invitation to Consignor Access, where you can:

  • Track sold items
  • View current inventory
  • Monitor upcoming expirations
  • Manage payouts

Step 4: Get Paid

Consignor Access makes getting paid easy through Simple Pay direct deposit. Stop by anytime with a valid ID.

Need Cash Right Away?

Consignors may request up to $20 in cash at any time or apply their balance toward store credit in store. If you'd like to shop online, message us to request an online gift card.Â
