How It Works
New'd accepts items that meet strict acceptance standards.
- Excellent, new or like-new condition
- Freshly laundered and free of fragrances
- Free from stains, pilling, holes or odor
- In season and on trend
When you consign with New'd, you'll receive an email invite to use Consignor Access. This will allow you to see all your items for sale, what they're priced at and if they've sold! You'll also set up direct deposit via Simple Pay inside Consignor Access.
New'd keeps items for 90 days, after 90 days you'll have a 7 day grace period to pick your items up. If you don't pick up your unsold items, they will convert to store inventory.
Seller gets 50% of purchase price.
Fees: $1.50 fee a month to consign with New'd. $1.50 direct deposit fee. 3% processing fee for online or credit card purchases.
Getting Paid
You can set up direct deposit inside Consignor Access. When you're ready to cash out, text 540-541-8444 to receive your funds in 2-5 business days! You can also use your money as store credit- there are no cash out fees and you'll get 5% extra!

Pack
Pack your box or bag with all the goodies you'd like to turn into cash! Must be from our preapproved list of brands. (Scroll down to "All the Info!" to view list) Anything stained, out of season or not on our list of brands will be donated.

Ship
Ship your box to 829 West Main Street, Salem, VA 24153. Include the contract that has been filled out and signed. You will receive an email to sign into "Consignor Access" within 7 days of receiving your box. All your items will be listed and priced on Consignor Access. You will also set up direct deposit via Simple Pay inside Consignor Access.
